Shipping Policy

Peekaboo.ug offers a wide range of delivery options aimed at getting your items to you as quickly as possible. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. We deliver countrywide including same-day delivery in Kampala and offer a free pick-up service at any of our Kampala shops. (Please see free pick-up option below for this in-store pick-up service) You will have the option to select your preferred delivery location at checkout.

 

Kampala Deliveries -  A subsidized delivery fee is charged and fees within Kampala is fixed. Your delivery fee will automatically calculated at checkout once you select your delivery location/neighborhood. Please WhatsApp/call us at +254784111333 if you have any questions.

In addition, we offer a free pick-up service. As you checkout online, you can select this free service as your delivery option or choose to use our modestly charged at-cost delivery option.

 

Outside Kampala deliveries - We currently ship only within Kampala

Orders placed after 6:00 PM - Orders placed after 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday will be delivered on the next business day. (excluding public holidays). 

 

Free In-Store Pick-up service You can pick-up your orders from our store too. 

 

Our Promise - We always endeavor to deliver your purchase on time and to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding your order. From time to time, unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather and traffic may cause your order to be delayed and a team member will be in-touch via phone/WhatsApp or email to let you know of any changes or delays. Please keep your phone number contact(s) current in our address book via your account page.
